LTTM Series Tensile Testing Machine at Low Temperature

1 Important function:

1) Mechanical test and research with metallic material, alloy material, non-metallic material, composite material at -100℃ -- room temperature for tensile, compression, bending, torsion test machine.

2) Test and research with metallic, nonmetallic, composite material for tensile, compression, bending, torsion, shearing test.

2 Important teminology

1) gauge length, original gauge length, final guage length, extensometer gauge length, extensometer gauge length, parallel length, extension.

2) Percentage elongation, percentage permanent extension, percentage elongation after fracture, percentage total elongation at fracture. Percentage reduction of area.

3) Max force, stress, tensile strength, yield strength, upper yield strength, lower yield strength, proof strength non-proportional extension.

4) Specified temperature, indicating value, indicating precision of temperature, uniformity of temperature, thermocouple of temperature measruement (compensating lead wire), regulator of temperature measurement, sensor of temperature, cooling system, speed/time of temperature rise and down (≤0.5°C/min, ≤1°C/min, ≤3°C/min, ≤5°Cm/min).
