10kN浮封环密封荷载面压试验机,用于浮封环面压载荷测试,10点浮封环面压紧力、O型圈轴向压缩变形、保持10min,测定浮动油封静密封性能,评定浮封静荷载耐压性能。将浮封环、O型圈、浮封座按顺序装配为一对浮动油封组件,放入HRJ浮封环面抗压试验机,测定浮动油封组件密封荷载,求取压缩变形-回弹力关系曲线,检测浮动油封组件环面接触比压,指导浮动油封优化设计。浮封动态密封性能试验,采用HRJ浮封环跑合磨损泄漏性能试验机。

HRJ浮动油封强化动态密封性能试验,浮动油封实际使用工况4倍~5倍强化动态密封性能试验;浮动油封1500h强化动态密封性能试验;浮封1500h工作寿命强化试验;全封闭可拆卸浮封座沙箱,模拟油气水、粉尘、泥浆、盐碱液、石英砂、黏土砂粒等工况,保证转动试验过程中油气水、粉尘、黏土砂粒等不会泄漏。实时测量油温。
