30kN.m汽车行车制动器疲劳强度台架试验机,依据QC/T316-2017和GB 40164-2021设计制作。用于评估测试制动器连续运转时,制动气压力变化对制动力矩的影响。制动力矩变化对制动气压力的影响。温度变化对制动器性能的影响。汽车制动器疲劳性能试验温度测量装置,测量记录制动器温度,制动衬片块温度测量,制动鼓盘停止转动后15s内温度变化测量。制动液温度变化测量,制动试验动作解除后间隔1min制动液温度变化测量。20bar/s气压控制,制动鼓减速度制动力矩3.5m/s2或5.9m/s2,制动周期5s±0.5s,制动时间少于1.5s,制动鼓盘转角大于15°,制动次数5000次/50000次。绘制制动鼓盘转角-时间曲线,制动力矩-时间曲线,制动鼓盘前进方向转动时间曲线,制动鼓盘返回时间曲线,制动时间曲线,制动力矩稳定时间曲线,制动鼓盘空转时间曲线,制动器温度控制曲线。
