100kN/4000N.m密封圈组件高低温压扭疲劳试验机,对挖掘机推土机模煤矿机械密封圈施加交变压力荷载,交变压力荷载振幅,交变扭矩荷载,交变扭转频率,加入油脂及泥水混合物,-60℃~200℃高低温循环交替,进行高低温压力扭转交变循环疲劳试验。模拟履带密封圈实际工况,测定压力扭矩交变荷载高低温循环履带密封圈摩擦扭矩和疲劳寿命耐久性能。对履带密封圈施加给定的压力荷载,设定扭矩荷载频率,进行反复扭转疲劳试验。测定给定压力荷载下履带密封圈摩擦扭矩和疲劳耐久性能。密封圈组件高低温动态疲劳试验,自定义动态疲劳试验频率、振幅位移、试验荷载、疲劳试验次数、试验波形(正弦波、三角波、方波、梯形波、锯齿波等)、高低温试验交替循环温度及频次。
