浮动油封高低温模拟工况试验系统，将一对浮动油封组件安装于高低温环境箱和复杂工况环境箱，注入润滑油、海水、泥沙、粉尘、黏土砂粒等的状态下跑合运行，模拟高低温及复杂环境工况，研究评定浮封环组件可靠性和耐久性。可完成￠50mm～￠650mm浮封环组件静态密封性能试验、动态密封性能试验、可靠性试验、工作寿命试验。测试浮封环组件在运转跑合期的腐蚀与磨损程度，考核浮动油封在强化条件下使用可靠性程度。
→浮动油封跑合磨损水平荷载推进系统，高速旋转驱动系统，红外温度监测系统，摩擦运行温度恒定系统，润滑油滴漏监控测量判断系统，润滑油自动加注系统，HRJ-Test浮动油封跑合磨损泄漏性能软件系统。
→浮动油封跑合磨损扭矩荷载容量200N.m，浮动油封轴向荷载容量5000N（可定制10kN）。
→浮动油封跑合磨损动荷载频率0～20次/min。
→浮动油封跑合磨损正反向高速旋转速度30～200r/min，0～∞计数。
→浮动油封跑合磨损轴向水平载荷推进行程0～100mm，推进速率20～100mm/min。
→浮封旋转扭矩试验；浮封轴向加载力试验；实时扭矩测试、载荷测试、轴向力位移控制，绘制浮封温度-时间曲线，浮封扭矩-时间曲线，浮封轴力-扭矩曲线，试验力-位移曲线。
→浮封润滑油滴漏实时监控：试验过程发生润滑油滴漏，自动弹窗报警，自动停机并记录试验时长。
→浮封环温度实时监测：多点监测浮封环温度和润滑油温度，超温弹窗报警，自动停机并记录试验时长。
→浮动油封跑合磨损泄漏性能试验机，用于过程流体动力学研究，流体机械密封结构研究，流体设备旋转接头密封材料研究，流体润滑理论研究。指导流体机械密封结构设计，压力容器密封技术设计。
