WCFT1200kN井盖压力疲劳试验机测试系统是JAW-1000kN/200kN电液伺服井盖压力疲劳试验机升级换代产品。采用安全环保方便快捷的全新设计理念,在井盖压力试验过程和井盖疲劳试验过程,满足BS EN 124-2015,AS NZS 3396-2019,EN 1433,JIS A5337,CJ/T511-2017最新国际标准和中国标准。符合BSI英国标准协会,CEN欧洲标准化委员会对井盖制品检验检测规定。
WCFT1200kN井盖压力疲劳试验机测试系统用于A15B125C250D400E600F900系列井盖承载力和井盖动态疲劳性能试验检测。完成各类型检查井盖、沟盖板人孔盖、水篦排排水板、钢格板格栅及框架等井盖承载力试验、井盖裂缝载荷试验、井盖压力循环试验、井盖破坏载荷试验、井盖残留变形检测、井盖挠度检测,360°井盖裂缝宽度全范围检测。1.2倍高刚性井盖载荷试验机架。HRJ井盖压力荷载疲劳循环试验测控软件。
