30kN/100kN橡胶弹性缓冲垫层疲劳试验机,以恒定频率,向CRTS Ⅲ型弹性垫层施加垂向循环荷载,经过300万次荷载循环后,测定CRTS Ⅲ型弹性垫层永久变形。CRTS Ⅲ型弹性垫层300万次循环试验后,将弹性垫层取出。在23±2.0℃环境中静置24h,进行静刚度试验测试,测得弹性垫层疲劳后静刚度。计算疲劳前后弹性垫层静刚度变化率。
