30kN緩沖墊板動靜剛度疲勞測試系統,Q/CR785-2000高速鐵路CRTS Ⅲ型板式無砟軌道橡膠彈性緩沖墊層疲勞試驗方法。
→以恒定頻率向CRTS Ⅲ型彈性墊層試樣(尺寸爲100mmx60mm)施加垂向循環荷載,經過3x106次荷載循環後,測定CRTS Ⅲ型彈性墊層的永久變形和靜剛度變化率。
→向加載鋼板施加5kN~25kN垂向循環荷載,加載頻率4±1Hz,荷載循環3x106次。
→CRTS Ⅲ型彈性墊層3x106次荷載循環試驗後,將被測彈性墊層試樣取出。在23±2.0℃環境中靜置24h。
→在疲勞前原測量位置測量被測彈性墊層試樣厚度,取平均值作爲疲勞後被測彈性墊層試樣的厚度,按公式計算疲勞後厚度變化率。
→按照附錄A的試驗方法進行靜剛度測試,測得疲勞後剛度,按公式計算疲勞後剛度變化率。
→CRTS Ⅲ彈性墊層疲勞試驗機荷載30kN。疲勞試驗空間≥200mm,位移變形0.01mm。
→試驗波形:正弦波,實時顯示疲勞荷載-位移曲線。HRJ彈性墊層加載鋼板支撐鋼板120x80x40mm。
→HRJ高剛性高穩定性、無振動沖擊流線型載荷機架,人體工程學設計。
→HRJ-Test橡膠彈性材料伺服疲勞試驗軟件/可定制國際版。

→HRJFT-100kN墊板動剛度試驗機,100x60x8mm墊板動剛度試驗,測試墊板表面最大和最小位移量。頻率3-5Hz,荷載不小于100kN,上加載鋼板下支撐鋼板厚度不小于40mm,三支千分表(位移傳感器)。
→HRJFT-100kN墊板疲勞性能試驗機,頻率3-5Hz,荷載不小于100kN,振幅不小于3mm,經過300萬次荷載循環後,測定永久變形和靜模量變化。上加載鋼板下支撐鋼板厚度不小于40mm。
→HRJFT-100kN墊板靜剛度試驗機,100x60x8mm墊板靜剛度試驗,測試墊板表面在荷載作用下産生的位移量。荷載不小于100kN,上加載鋼板下支撐鋼板厚度不小于40mm,三支千分表(位移傳感器)。計算靜剛度。
→HRJFT-100kN彈簧隔振器靜剛度試驗機,隔振器直徑20mm,上加載鋼板下支撐鋼板厚度不小于40mm,三支千分表(位移傳感器)。
→HRJFT-100kN隔離式減振墊靜模量試驗機,樣品300x300x厚度3件,上加載鋼板下支撐鋼板厚度不小于40mm,三支千分表(位移傳感器)。
→HRJFT-100kN隔離式減振墊動模量試驗機,樣品300x300x厚度3件,最大荷載50kN,上加載鋼板下支撐鋼板厚度不小于40mm,三支千分表(位移傳感器)。
→HRJFT-100kN隔離式減振墊疲勞性能試驗機,樣品300x300x厚度3件,頻率3-5Hz,荷載不小于100kN,振幅3mm,經過1000萬次荷載循環後,測定隔離式減振墊永久變形和靜模量變化。上加載鋼板下支撐鋼板厚度不小于40mm。
