1000kN複合絕緣子芯棒應力腐蝕試驗機，28mm～53mm絕緣子芯棒材料應力腐蝕試驗，在20℃±5K溫度下，對絕緣子試品施加拉伸負荷，拉伸負荷值爲300MPa乘以芯棒橫截面積。在盛酸容器中注入硝酸，在此負荷下保持96h。目測不應有可見損傷。
絕緣子規定機械負荷SML試驗、逐個試驗負荷RTL、破壞負荷試驗、芯棒平均破壞負荷MAV試驗確定、96h耐受負荷試驗檢查；hrjtest；絕緣子裝配好的芯棒負荷-時間試驗；端部裝配件與絕緣子傘套間界面的密封試驗；端部裝配件與傘套間界面的密封檢查E2和規定機械負荷SML驗證E1；驗證裝配好的絕緣子芯棒機械特性，校核絕緣子強度-時間曲線位置；損傷極限驗證試驗，校核絕緣子經過96h70％SML恒定負荷後的損傷極限。
