雙輪銑槽機是專爲地下連續牆(地連牆)、深基礎與防滲工程設計的重型施工裝備,通過雙銑輪反向銑削破碎地層,配合反循環泥漿出碴,實現高精度深槽成孔,可應對從軟土到硬岩的複雜地質。
在銑削過程中,土壤岩石粉塵等外界汙染物容易進入雙銑輪軸承,使潤滑油汙染,軸承磨損加劇,縮短軸承使用壽命。雙輪銑槽機浮動油封能在高壓高溫及惡劣工況下隔離外界雜物,保護潤滑油系統清潔度,並防止潤滑油泄漏。
雙輪銑槽機浮動油封高低溫模擬工況試驗系統,將一對浮動油封組件安裝于高低溫環境箱和複雜工況環境箱,注入潤滑油、海水、泥沙、粉塵、黏土砂粒等的狀態下跑合運行,模擬高低溫及複雜環境工況,研究評定浮封環組件可靠性和耐久性。可完成¢50mm~¢650mm浮封環組件靜態密封性能試驗、動態密封性能試驗、可靠性試驗、工作壽命試驗。測試浮封環組件在運轉跑合期的腐蝕與磨損程度,考核浮動油封在強化條件下使用可靠性程度。

→浮封潤滑油滴漏實時監控:試驗過程發生潤滑油滴漏,自動彈窗報警,自動停機並記錄試驗時長。
→浮封環溫度實時監測:多點監測浮封環溫度和潤滑油溫度,超溫彈窗報警,自動停機並記錄試驗時長。
→浮動油封跑合磨損泄漏性能試驗機,用于過程流體動力學研究,流體機械密封結構研究,流體設備旋轉接頭密封材料研究,流體潤滑理論研究。指導流體機械密封結構設計,壓力容器密封技術設計。
