1000kN金屬板材180°彎曲試驗機，金屬鋼板鋼帶、薄板帶材、扁材型材，合金箔材薄片等試件，在室溫環境下進行180°彎曲試驗測試,測定金屬材料承受彎曲塑性變形的能力。
→180°彎曲試驗試驗後觀察板材彎曲狀況：彎曲完好、彎曲裂紋、微裂紋、裂紋＜0.5mm、裂紋≥0.5mm、裂縫、斷裂、破斷等，判斷板材抗彎曲性能。
→1000kN金屬板材彎曲試驗機，實現薄板材帶材、扁材型材0°～180°範圍內，任意設定角度彎曲試驗測試。
→1000kN金屬板材彎曲試驗機，全自動控制彎曲試驗的垂向加載、水平橫向加載，實時顯示彎曲角度和彎曲位移，彎曲數據全自動采集處理。滿足GB/T232-2024金屬材料彎曲試驗方法。
