1000kN钢绞线偏斜拉伸试验机,测定12.5~28.6mm钢绞线20°偏斜拉断力。将钢绞线试样固定在与芯轴成20°的偏斜装置上进行轴向拉伸试验,加载速度30MPa/s~60MPa/s,保持到钢绞线试样断裂,来确定钢绞线最大力的缩减系数D,取5根钢绞线平均值。无效试验情况下,至少取10根钢绞线试样。
偏斜拉伸钢绞线试样L1=(700±50)mm,L2≥750mm,a=20°±0.5°。HRJ Tester;偏斜拉伸芯轴轴线应与活动夹具、固定夹具和芯轴中心组成的平面相垂直,芯轴硬度58HRC~62HRC。
