1 Main function:
1) it is used to test and research for static loading anti-crack strength with standard rail gauge of pre-stressed concrete sleeper including switching, wide and bridge sleeper.
2) It is used in scientific research, development and certification for new production of static loading anti-crack test.
3) It is used in test and research for loading, static stop time and crack loading with below cross section of pre-stressed concrete sleeper.
4) it is used in test and research for static loading anti-crack strength with high speed sleeper with ballast, high speed bridge sleeper with ballast, CRTS double blocks type of concrete sleeper without ballast rail, concrete sleeper used in rail with ballast and without ballast, special concrete sleeper, steel fiber concrete sleeper, wide concrete sleeper(sleeper plate), pre-tensioning prestressed concrete sleeper, post-tensioning prestressed high strength concrete sleeper.
5) It is used to test and research for static loading anti-crack strength with concrete switching sleeper with ballast, concrete switching sleeper used in rail without ballast, pre-embedded pipe type of switching plate used in high speed concrete sleeper without ballast, drill hole type of concrete switching plate used in high speed rail without ballast.
2 Important test:
1) Sleeper--movable dolly--pushed to testing machine--adjust location of sleeper according to scale(put rubber blanket between sleeper and supporting steel plate).
2) Set loading program of test(put rubber blanket between sleeper and supporting steel plate), --constant loading speed: 1000N/S--loading to 30%--40% of test loading-- keeping loading 3min/180s,---unloading and return to set location(or reloading until sleeper broke)
3) Repeat upper procedure, test for force, static stop time and break loading with three cross section(two below cross section and one central cross section)
