JR-Series Wire wrapping Testing Machine (LCD Model)
1 Important function
1) it is used in wrapping and unwinding test with diameter of 0.1mm--- 10.0mm steel wire, galvanize steel wire, copper, copper alloy contacting line, aluminum wire and its alloy, contacting line, special shape of cross section conductor wire, metal and composite material.
2) It is also used in test for adhesion property of galvanize layer and split wire, for toughness of split steel wire.
3) Wire is wrapped around specified diameter of mandrel for specified number of turns in order to observe surface defect of wire(crack, delamination, breaking.)
4) Wire wrapping test: wire is winded for specified turns on specified diameter of mandrel, including special wrapping, unwinding, rewinding.)
5) Mandrel winding test.
