The floating seal running test machine is used to test the wear condition of the floating oil seal assembly during rotation, test the running period of floating seal running and closing, and study and evaluate the durability of floating seal. A pair of floating oil seal assemblies are installed on the test machine in the normal form of installation, and the relative rotation is achieved under the state of injection of lubricant. The floating seal seat is placed in the left and right groups, one end is rotated, and one end is loaded axially. Fully enclosed and detachable floating seat sandbox, simulated oil and gas water, dust, clay sand particles and other working conditions, to ensure that oil and gas water, dust, clay sand particles will not leak during the rotation test. |
