International Association for Bridge and structural Engineer is found at Oct. 29^th 1929, it is the largest international professional association, take great effect on bridge industry, its permanent address is set in Zurich of Switzerland, there are more than 4200 members from more than 100 countries and area, it is international civil engineer association which receive most members.
