Item:

• Mechanics property testing for Right angle fastener: anti-slide preformance testing, anti destruction performance testing, torsionnal stiffness performance testing
• Mechanics performance testing for Revolving fastener: anti-slide performance testing, anti destruction performance testing.
• Tensile performance testing for sleeving coupler.
•  Pressing performance for bottom seating
•  Physical tensile testing for T type screw: applying 600KN hyraulic pressure universal testing machine
• Mechanics performance testing for fastener, casting material: applying 300KN, 600KN hydraulic pressure universal testing machine or electronic universal testing machine.

Content:

• Testing and researching for upper bowl strength, lower bowl welding strength, strength of join of cross bar, adjustable seating pressing strength and other mechanic performance
• Testing and researching for socket type frog, anti-draw property of thumb lock
• Mechanics testing and researching for fastener and material
• Precising auto-control and data collecting system, realizing entire digital adjusting of data collecting and process controling. 
• With multi-control mode, such as auto-keep loading, force, deformation controlling, circling controlling, auto-edite controlling and so on.
