机械端面密封件磨损泄露试验机，测试浮动密封组件在转动过程中的摩擦磨损状况，研究验证浮封环可靠性和耐久性能。机械端面密封组件为一个静止金属环在腔室中保持静止，另一个旋转金属环环绕配合端面旋转，用于工作条件恶劣磨损严重工况。机械端面密封组件耐磨性高，使用寿命长，良好密封性能有效防止外部粗糙介质侵入。机械端面密封也称为端面重载密封,永久密封,浮动密封, 双锥曲面密封件。
机械端面密封组件用作轴承密封，应用于TBM盾构机滚刀浮动密封，工程机械端面密封，挖掘机推土机履带式车辆端面浮动密封，煤矿采煤机输送机端面浮动密封，自卸卡车重型卡车齿轮箱端面密封，轮轴传动轴端面密封，农业机械端面密封，混料搅拌机端面密封，风力发电变桨轴承端面密封。
