50kN慢拉伸应变速率应力腐蚀试验机，采用慢应变拉伸速率、持久应力控制，测试材料在持久拉应力和腐蚀介质联合作用下的力学性能，通过环境模拟试验，评价材料耐腐蚀能力和环境适应能力。50kN慢应变应力腐蚀试验机完成材料腐蚀疲劳试验、SSC硫化物应力腐蚀试验、SCC应力腐蚀试验、HIC氢致开裂试验、SSRT慢应变速率应力腐蚀试验、SOHIC应力导向氢致开裂试验、GHSC电偶诱发氢应力开裂。
→材料零件、部件构件等金属材料非金属材料、合金材料复合材料，在持久拉应力 (工作应力、热应力、残余应力等）和腐蚀介质联合作用下，恒速率拉伸试验、持久拉伸试验、恒载荷蠕变试验、腐蚀疲劳试验、腐蚀应力开裂压缩、腐蚀裂纹生长试验、裂纹扩展试验测试及研究。
→金属管件构件(套管油管、平端套管衬管、短节、焊接钢管、无缝钢管、埋地管、凝汽器管、黄铜、不锈钢、钢索、气钢瓶、水龙头阀门管件、航空航天部件、海洋装备部件、轨道车辆部件、武器零部件) 慢拉伸应力腐蚀测试及研究。
→2XXX系铝合金、3XXX系铝合金、4XXX系铝合金、5XXX系铝合金、6XXX系铝合金、7XXX系铝合金、8XXX系铝合金的铝合金板、铝合金管、铝合金棒、铝合金型材等加工产品及构件慢应变速率应力腐蚀测试及研究。

→应力腐蚀介质：硫化氢H2S、氯化钠NaCl、冰乙酸/无水乙酸、醋酸钠/乙酸钠/无水醋酸钠/无水乙酸钠、氮气N2、氩气Ar、氨气NH3、二氧化碳CO2、氢氧化钠NaOH、硝酸盐NO3、硫酸盐、硫酸钡、甲醇、四氧化二氮N2O4、硫酸铜/五水硫酸铜/CuSO4、草酸、硫酸铁、氢氟酸、潮湿空气、盐雾、腐蚀性气体、海水、盐水、去冰盐等。
→耐高温/耐腐蚀/全密封/防泄漏/防挥发/应力腐蚀环境容器。拉应力腐蚀环境容器，进口材料制作，耐高温、耐腐蚀、长时实验、高温加热可达300°。耐腐蚀温度指示装置，实时观察、控制腐蚀介质温度。全密闭应力腐蚀环境容器、防止有毒气体挥发、渗出、渗漏，恒瑞金试验机；安全防护性极高。
