200N.m5000N浮动油封跑合磨损泄漏性能试验机，用于过程流体动力学研究，流体机械密封结构力学研究，流体设备旋转接头密封材料研究，流体润滑理论研究。指导流体机械密封结构设计，石油化工流体搅拌机械装备研究设计，压力容器密封技术设计。测试浮封环组件在转动过程中的摩擦磨损状况，研究验证浮封环可靠性能，验证浮封环耐久性能。Hrjtest；在注入润滑油的状态下实现相对转动，模拟油气水、粉尘、黏土砂粒等实际工况，浮封环润滑油滴漏状况实时监控，浮封环试验温度实时监测，浮封环实际使用工况4倍～5倍强化试验测定，浮封环轴向加载性能试验，浮封环角度偏移加载试验，浮封环偏轴偏移加载，浮封环角度偏移加载和偏轴偏移加载组合试验。绘制浮封环温度-时间曲线、扭矩-时间曲线。
