30kN.m汽車行車制動器疲勞強度台架試驗機,依據QC/T316-2017和GB 40164-2021設計制作。用于評估測試制動器連續運轉時,制動氣壓力變化對制動力矩的影響。制動力矩變化對制動氣壓力的影響。溫度變化對制動器性能的影響。汽車制動器疲勞性能試驗溫度測量裝置,測量記錄制動器溫度,制動襯片塊溫度測量,制動鼓盤停止轉動後15s內溫度變化測量。制動液溫度變化測量,制動試驗動作解除後間隔1min制動液溫度變化測量。20bar/s氣壓控制,制動鼓減速度制動力矩3.5m/s2或5.9m/s2,制動周期5s±0.5s,制動時間少于1.5s,制動鼓盤轉角大于15°,制動次數5000次/50000次。繪制制動鼓盤轉角-時間曲線,制動力矩-時間曲線,制動鼓盤前進方向轉動時間曲線,制動鼓盤返回時間曲線,制動時間曲線,制動力矩穩定時間曲線,制動鼓盤空轉時間曲線,制動器溫度控制曲線。
