10kN電炭制品抗折強度試驗機，依據JB/T 8133.7-2013和JB/T 8133.1-2013設計制作，測定電炭制品折斷時載荷，計算抗折強度。HRJ Tester；檢查試樣尺寸，對尺寸w和b測量准確度爲0.5%，將試樣對稱放置于兩支承刀口上，尺寸L垂直于刀口，尺寸w平行于刀口，負荷壓頭在試樣中間加壓，啓動抗折強度試驗機，均勻緩慢加載，時間不少于5s，直至試樣斷裂，讀取此時破壞力F，按公式計算電炭制品抗折強度。
JB/T 8133.1-2013電炭制品試樣加工技術規定：電炭制品抗折強度試樣10x10x64mm或4x8x32mm。64mm/32mm必須垂直于模壓制品壓力方向，平行于擠壓制品軸線方向。HRJ Tester；厚度必須平行于壓力方向。b和w偏差±0.04mm，L尺寸偏差0.8mm，bxW爲正方形，角度偏差±1.5°，垂直于L尺寸的任何橫截面的兩對面平行度公差爲0.04mm。抗折強度試驗負荷壓頭刀口半徑r1=4.5mm±0.5mm，支承刀口半徑r2=1mm±0.5mm。
