GB/T16957-2012複合鋼板焊接接頭力學性能試驗方法,規定了複合鋼板焊接接頭的拉伸、彎曲、沖擊和硬度試驗方法。HRJ Tester;複合鋼板焊接接頭拉伸試樣分爲焊接接頭拉伸試樣和焊縫金屬拉伸試樣。焊接接頭拉伸試樣分爲兩種,一是去除覆材的純基材試樣,試樣厚度a≤Tb;另一種是包括覆材的試樣,試樣厚度a=Tb;
GB/T16957-2012標准適用于壓力容器、核反應堆、儲槽和艦船及其他用途的以鋼材爲基材,以不鏽鋼或有色金屬爲覆材,總厚度不小于8mm的軋制、爆炸、堆焊、鑄造、爆炸軋制、堆焊軋制及鑄造軋制的單面和雙面複合鋼板焊接接頭力學和工藝性能試驗。對于總厚度小8mm的複合鋼板和其他金屬複合板焊接接頭力學性能試驗亦可執行GB/T16957-2012標准。
試板尺寸、試驗項目及試樣的截取部位應按相關標准要求執行,如相關標准沒有規定時,按GB/T16957-2012標准執行;HRJ Tester;選擇何種試樣應按照相關産品要求選擇,一般以覆層是否計入設計強度來決定采取那一種;複合鋼板焊接接頭拉伸試樣寬度b≥25mm改爲試樣寬度b爲25mm;一般采用全基材厚度試樣,當複合鋼板基材厚度Tb≥30mm,可以按照GB/T16957-2012標准在厚度方向均勻分層取樣,最終以這樣的多片試樣的組合結果代替一個全厚度試驗結果;HRJ Tester;複合鋼板焊接接頭彎曲試驗結束後,試樣的外表面和側面都應進行檢驗,需要時也可以檢查結合面處開裂的程度。
