浮動油封動態密封及可靠性試驗三維力測試系統, 測試浮封環組件在轉動過程中的摩擦磨損狀況，研究驗證浮封環可靠性能，驗證浮封環耐久性能。Hrjtest；在注入潤滑油的狀態下實現相對轉動，模擬油氣水、粉塵、黏土砂粒等實際工況，浮封環潤滑油滴漏狀況實時監控，浮封環試驗溫度實時監測，浮封環實際使用工況4倍～5倍強化試驗測定，完成浮封環軸向加載性能試驗，浮封環角度偏移加載試驗，浮封環偏軸偏移加載，浮封環角度偏移加載和偏軸偏移加載同步試驗。繪制浮封環溫度-時間曲線、扭矩-時間曲線。浮動油封動態密封及可靠性試驗三維力測試系統，用于流體動力學過程流體機械密封結構力學研究，流體設備旋轉接頭密封材料研究，流體潤滑理論研究數據驗證。指導流體機械密封結構設計，石油化工流體攪拌機械裝備研究設計，壓力容器密封技術設計。
