50kN慢拉伸應變速率應力腐蝕試驗機，采用慢應變拉伸速率、持久應力控制，測試材料在持久拉應力和腐蝕介質聯合作用下的力學性能，通過環境模擬試驗，評價材料耐腐蝕能力和環境適應能力。50kN慢應變應力腐蝕試驗機完成材料腐蝕疲勞試驗、SSC硫化物應力腐蝕試驗、SCC應力腐蝕試驗、HIC氫致開裂試驗、SSRT慢應變速率應力腐蝕試驗、SOHIC應力導向氫致開裂試驗、GHSC電偶誘發氫應力開裂。
→材料零件、部件構件等金屬材料非金屬材料、合金材料複合材料，在持久拉應力 (工作應力、熱應力、殘余應力等）和腐蝕介質聯合作用下，恒速率拉伸試驗、持久拉伸試驗、恒載荷蠕變試驗、腐蝕疲勞試驗、腐蝕應力開裂壓縮、腐蝕裂紋生長試驗、裂紋擴展試驗測試及研究。
→金屬管件構件(套管油管、平端套管襯管、短節、焊接鋼管、無縫鋼管、埋地管、凝汽器管、黃銅、不鏽鋼、鋼索、氣鋼瓶、水龍頭閥門管件、航空航天部件、海洋裝備部件、軌道車輛部件、武器零部件) 慢拉伸應力腐蝕測試及研究。
→2XXX系鋁合金、3XXX系鋁合金、4XXX系鋁合金、5XXX系鋁合金、6XXX系鋁合金、7XXX系鋁合金、8XXX系鋁合金的鋁合金板、鋁合金管、鋁合金棒、鋁合金型材等加工産品及構件慢應變速率應力腐蝕測試及研究。
→慢應變速率應力腐蝕試驗（SSRT）；應力導向氫致開裂試驗（SOHIC）；電偶誘發氫應力開裂（GHSC）；金屬均勻腐蝕全浸試驗，耐腐蝕性試驗，點腐蝕試驗，晶間腐蝕試驗，縫隙腐蝕試驗，電偶腐蝕試驗；
→應力腐蝕介質：硫化氫H2S、氯化鈉NaCl、冰乙酸/無水乙酸、醋酸鈉/乙酸鈉/無水醋酸鈉/無水乙酸鈉、氮氣N2、氩氣Ar、氨氣NH3、二氧化碳CO2、氫氧化鈉NaOH、硝酸鹽NO3、硫酸鹽、硫酸鋇、甲醇、四氧化二氮N2O4、硫酸銅/五水硫酸銅/CuSO4、草酸、硫酸鐵、氫氟酸、潮濕空氣、鹽霧、腐蝕性氣體、海水、鹽水、去冰鹽等。
→耐高溫/耐腐蝕/全密封/防泄漏/防揮發/應力腐蝕環境容器。拉應力腐蝕環境容器，進口材料制作，耐高溫、耐腐蝕、長時實驗、高溫加熱可達300°。耐腐蝕溫度指示裝置，實時觀察、控制腐蝕介質溫度。全密閉應力腐蝕環境容器、防止有毒氣體揮發、滲出、滲漏，恒瑞金試驗機；安全防護性極高。
