2000kN無振動伺服萬能試驗機,不需地基基礎和螺栓固定,直接放于地面使用。高強材料拉伸斷裂瞬間試驗機無振動、地面無振動,是傳統萬能材料試驗機更新換代産品。恒瑞金公司研制發明的最新一代萬能材料試驗機,夾塊開口大,材料拉伸試件平行放入夾塊中快速拉伸,試件斷裂無振動沖擊。用于金屬非金屬及複合材料拉伸強度試驗、抗壓縮強度試驗、彎曲強度試驗、剪切強度試驗、撕裂剝離強度試驗、拉脫剝離強度試驗、焊接強度試驗、拉壓循環試驗,鋼筋板材拉伸強度試驗、線纜繩索拉伸強度試驗、螺栓緊固件拉伸強度試驗、金屬鋼管拉伸強度試驗。
2000kN無振動伺服萬能試驗機,用于光圓鋼筋、帶肋鋼筋、焊接鋼筋拉伸試驗。鋼筋拉伸試件平行放入夾塊中快速拉伸,鋼筋拉伸試件斷裂無振動沖擊。鋼筋套筒灌漿連接接頭極限抗拉承載力測定、屈服承載力測定、極限抗拉強度值測定、屈服強度值測定、殘余變形值測定、最大力總伸長率測定。鋼筋套筒灌漿連接接頭變形性能測定。對中和偏置單向拉伸殘余變形測定,繪制荷載-變形曲線。鋼筋機械連接接頭力學強度性能和變形性能測試。繪制荷載-位移曲線。
