GB/T244-2020金屬材料管彎曲試驗方法2020.12.01實施,替代GB/T244-2008。GB/T244-2020標准適用于測定外徑不大于65mm的圓形橫截面金屬管的全截面彎曲塑性變形能力。標准規定了金屬管彎曲試驗方法的試驗原理、試驗設備、試樣、試驗程序和試驗報告。
GB/T244-2020標准修改內容:將管壁厚度符號由‘a’修改爲‘t’,並修改了表1中管壁厚度符號的注;將全文‘彎心’修改爲‘彎模’; 增加了特殊要求的試樣可參照附錄A進行彎曲試驗;將‘對要求在控制條件下進行的試驗’修改爲‘對溫度要求嚴格的試驗’;將‘焊接管’修改爲‘直縫焊管’;增加了資料性附錄‘專用彎管試驗機及試驗方法’;修改采用ISO 8491金屬材料管全截面彎曲試驗;
65mm金屬材料管彎曲試驗機,實現金屬材料管0°~90°任意角度彎曲試驗,金屬材料管彎曲角度實時顯示,HRJ彎曲試驗一鍵操控。HRJ滾轉式彎曲試驗裝置,HRJ包覆式鋼管彎曲溝槽,HRJ滾轉式鋼管溝槽支撐。測定外徑≤65mm圓形橫截面金屬管全截面彎曲塑性變形能力。將不帶填充物的管試樣彎曲到規定角度,觀測鋼管是否産生裂紋、裂縫、裂口或離層。
