GB/T 21839-2019預應力混凝土用鋼材偏斜拉伸試驗：用5根直徑大于或等于12.5mm的鋼絞線試樣固定在與芯軸成20°的偏斜裝置上進行軸向拉伸試驗，來確定鋼絞線最大力的縮減系數D。
GB/T 21839-2019規定了預應力混凝土用鋼材的拉伸、彎曲、反複彎曲、扭轉、纏繞和鍍層附著力、等溫松弛、軸向力疲勞、硫氰酸鹽溶液中的應力腐蝕、偏斜拉伸、每米公稱質量偏差的確定、鍍層均勻性等試驗方法。GB/T 21839-2019適用于預應力鋼絲、預應力鋼棒、預應力鋼筋、預應力鋼絞線等相關性能的測定。
