銅及銅合金應力腐蝕試驗是在一定的腐蝕介質和溫度環境中,以緩慢恒定的應變速率將銅試件緩慢拉斷,根據延伸率等參數和斷口形貌及二次裂紋的特征來評定銅及銅合金制品-腐蝕介質對應力腐蝕破裂的敏感性。
鍋爐用銅、黃銅、高強度合金銅、凝汽器銅管等銅及銅合金受拉應力、腐蝕介質、介質濃度、溫差熱應力影響會産生晶間型應力腐蝕,裂紋沿晶界以10-6~10-3mm/min擴展。HRJ Tester;銅合金腐蝕介質有NH3蒸汽、氨溶液、貢鹽溶液、含SO2大氣、三氯化鐵、硝酸溶液等。
