Ⅰ. Main functions & characteristics:
This machine is mainly used to in compression test for cast iron well cover, compound material well cover and other well covers and can automatically measure deformation value during compression test.
1. using computer controlled high precision electro-hydraulic servo valve to drive precise hydraulic cylinder and auto control to test force, displacement and deformation in many modes and complete compress test to different materials and specifications, conformed to the national standard requirements GB/T23858-2009.
2. its frame adopts two columns, with oil cylinder up. It also has a large working bench, with good stability.
3. its loading system using hydraulic servo valve to ensure system high precision, high efficiency, low nise, quick response.
4. it has intelligent control mode and users can self-program control mode according to actual requirements and automatically finish test. It has functions of continuous loading and load hold, without impact and vibration during test process, with good reading stability, also can realize simulation of test process.
5. it is equipped with Windows2000/XP interface, man-machine dialog. Computer screen display various test curves (load-time curve, load-deformation curve, deformation-time curve etc.), working state. The test curve coordinate can be adjusted according to actual test data and also can be overlapped, compared and outputted.
6. it has strong test database, through which users can manage test data, easy to inquire and maintain test data. Test data can be saved, inquired, recalled and outputted to print various test reports (test reports can be in the form of Excel or Word).
7. The software system operation can realize third class uer management right, safe, convenient, quick and also can realize data transmission and switch between software and LAN and internetwork.
8. Full auto control, auto acquire test load, loading rate, deformation value, and can make compression test for different kinds of well covers.
9. It has functions of safe protection, overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, overspeed protection.
