Ⅰ. Main function:
This machine adopts hydraulic loading, load sensor to measure load, with functions of digital display load, peak hold, overvoltage protection and power-off protection. Using microcomputer intelligent control meter to display test force and loading speed, with max. test force peak hold function. Equipped with miniprinter to print test results. It meet with GB13440 Test Method of Seamless Gas Cylinder and GB17258 Steel Cylinder of Compressed Natural Gas Used for Automobile.
It can make flattening test to steel cylinder and equipped with V-type movable cart in order for user to carry gas cylinder.
1. adopting four columns frame structure, with oil cylinder installed on the top of testing machine. When applying load, the piston goes down to realize flattening test to gas cylinder.
2. there are guide sleeves on four columns to ensure the pistion run vertically and smoothly.
3. Its hydraulic loading system is composed of motor, oil pump, hydraulic cylinder. The hydraulic oil flow through oil filter and oil pump into hydraulic cylinder and realizes loading to samples and complete test.
4. The measurement system adopts high precision load sensor, with high precision load and stable indicating value.
