YAW-300S Digital Compression Testing Machine
Ⅰ. Main function:
This machine is manufactured according to GB/T17671-1999 Test Method for Cement Mortar Strength, adopting computer control to realize such functions as test data and test curve display, data save to disk, database management, etc. It has such control modes as constant speed test force, stress, load hold etc. If connected with computer, it can output test report. It has characteristics of high precision, excellent property, high reliability, easy to operate. This machine completely comply with GB/T17671-1999 Test Method for Cement Mortar Strength, and can provide accurate test results.
This machine adopts AC servo system to drive AC servo motor, and through precise speed reducer to drive ball screw and ensure high precision, low noise, smooth running.
Using LCD controller to display test force, load peak etc, with nice interface.
(1) using double columns frame structure, with upper platen installed on upper beam and to load specimen through lower platen driven by screw. And AC servo control and transmission system are installed under main machine. Using AC servo speed regulation system to drive precise ball screw assembly to make test to realize speed adjustment in a large range, with smooth and efficient test process.
(2) Its control system can independently finish test parameter setting, test process control, data acquisition, processing, analysis and display, both for single sample test and for group tests. Its control and measurement are precise, accurate, quick, convinent, reliable.
(3) After test, it can automatically return to original position, efficiently, quick.
(4) It has limit position protection, overcurrent, overvoltage functions, reliable, safe.
(5) It can perform such compression tests for such materials as tiles, coal sheet, rubber static stiffness etc.
(6) It has reserved interface, which is used to connect with computer or network.
