JT/T529-2016预应力混凝土桥梁用塑料波纹管局部横向荷载800N持荷2min试验,波纹管试样长1100mm,在试样中部位置波谷处取1点,用端部¢12mm,横向长度150mm圆柱顶压头施加横向荷载F2,在30s内达到规定荷载值800N,持荷2min后,观察波纹管试样表面是否破裂。卸荷5min后,在加载处测量塑料波纹管管节外径(扁管管节短轴)变形量,管节变形量不应超过管节外径(扁管管节短轴)的10%。每根试样测试1次,记录数据,取5根试样平均值作为最终结果。
