GB/T16957-2012复合钢板焊接接头力学性能试验方法,规定了复合钢板焊接接头的拉伸、弯曲、冲击和硬度试验方法。HRJ Tester;复合钢板焊接接头拉伸试样分为焊接接头拉伸试样和焊缝金属拉伸试样。焊接接头拉伸试样分为两种,一是去除覆材的纯基材试样,试样厚度a≤Tb;另一种是包括覆材的试样,试样厚度a=Tb;
GB/T16957-2012标准适用于压力容器、核反应堆、储槽和舰船及其他用途的以钢材为基材,以不锈钢或有色金属为覆材,总厚度不小于8mm的轧制、爆炸、堆焊、铸造、爆炸轧制、堆焊轧制及铸造轧制的单面和双面复合钢板焊接接头力学和工艺性能试验。对于总厚度小8mm的复合钢板和其他金属复合板焊接接头力学性能试验亦可执行GB/T16957-2012标准。
试板尺寸、试验项目及试样的截取部位应按相关标准要求执行,如相关标准没有规定时,按GB/T16957-2012标准执行;HRJ Tester;选择何种试样应按照相关产品要求选择,一般以覆层是否计入设计强度来决定采取那一种;复合钢板焊接接头拉伸试样宽度b≥25mm改为试样宽度b为25mm;一般采用全基材厚度试样,当复合钢板基材厚度Tb≥30mm,可以按照GB/T16957-2012标准在厚度方向均匀分层取样,最终以这样的多片试样的组合结果代替一个全厚度试验结果;HRJ Tester;复合钢板焊接接头弯曲试验结束后,试样的外表面和侧面都应进行检验,需要时也可以检查结合面处开裂的程度。
