功能參數:
→30kN駕駛室空氣彈簧高低溫台架疲勞壽命試驗機,用于車輛駕駛室空氣彈簧在變動荷載、0.1~4Hz變動頻率和±50mm振幅、-40℃~120℃高低溫環境試驗溫度、變動或恒定氣壓條件下,對空氣彈簧反複振動,測定車輛駕駛室空氣彈簧疲勞壽命耐久性能。符合GB/T13061-2017 商用車空氣懸架用空氣彈簧技術規範。
→乘用車駕駛室空氣彈簧疲勞壽命試驗,商用車輛空氣彈簧疲勞壽命試驗,一次完成3支空氣彈簧高低溫疲勞壽命試驗。繪制空氣彈簧高低溫台架疲勞試驗特性曲線。
→空氣彈簧疲勞試驗間隔24h氣密性檢查和溫度測控,空氣彈簧24h內壓降到0.1MPa或出現氣囊表面簾線外露,判定空氣彈簧已經損壞,停止試驗並以此時的累積次數作爲空氣彈簧台架疲勞壽命次數。
→空氣彈簧疲勞試驗可以間斷進行,一個空氣彈簧振動試驗300萬次的時間不得超過40天。
