重要功能:
→603金屬材料管塑性變形彎管試驗機,依據GB/T244-2020金屬材料管彎曲試驗方法,測定外徑≤60.3mm圓形橫截面金屬管全截面彎曲塑性變形能力。將不帶填充物的管試樣彎曲到規定角度,觀測鋼管是否産生裂紋、裂縫、裂口或離層,觀測金屬材料鋼管塗層是否發生裂紋或剝離。
→603金屬材料管塑性變形彎管試驗機,頂塊壓輥彎模溝槽與鋼管外徑輪廓緊密包覆,確保鋼管全截面彎曲變形段與彎模緊密接觸,防止鋼管橫截面産生橢圓變形。
→603金屬材料管塑性變形彎管試驗機,手動點動自動控制0°~90°任意角度鋼管彎曲試驗,達到鋼管彎曲試驗設置角度自動停機。鋼管彎曲彎模導輥轉動角速度≤1.4r/min,精度±1.5°。
